About the room

The lease is up on August of this year so it is a short term, there is 2 private room available, there is 4 rooms in the apartment in total, all utilities are included. Near downtown, rexall, Tim Hortons, gas station, and a block away from the bus stop. In summer it’s super nice because there is a trail next to the apartment. We are mainly looking for females.

About the roomies

We are 3 females Latinas, soon only 2. Lively, kind, friendly and respectful people. In our 20’s, we have shift work so there will be days were we will not be seen around the house that much.
