UNIT: Located in first floor of a House, with seperate additional entrance on the back. AVAILABLE DATE: February 1, 2026 PRICE: $1,250/month LOCATION: The Annex, Bathurst Street & Bloor Street West (3-minute walk to Bathurst subway station and nearby Koreatown) RENTAL TERMS: Minimum 1-month sublet (preferably). Extended and joint lease can be discussed after. RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guidelines. RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: I’m a current tenant seeking a roommate.
