Some additional details about the home:

Built in 2023 from the ground up, it is a private suite above a garage. Custom built with soft close drawers and unique custom built table designed for work from home. I specifically designed it so that the bathroom is in the east so that in the mornings when you get ready for work, you get the natural sun to represent how you would naturally like without artificial light, and a kitchen/dining area in the west so that when you are cooking and having dinner at home, you get the natural evening light vibes. Also has a fire place and balcony.

How it’s eco friendly:

• Solar panels: The bill is typically negative and if you are great with electricity reduction, you actually become carbon negative since it goes back to the grid as clean energy and sequesters carbon the grid.
• Heat Pump: There is a back up furnace but for anything above -5C is great to add heat to the home or cool the home in summers
• High R rating for heat retention means you don’t need to heat or cool the home as much
