Enjoy a private bedroom with 2 large windows and an ensuite bathroom. This 2 bedroom condo is shared with just 1 other person. I live here and am helping my landlord find another tenant for the other room coming available February 1st! Rent is $1200/mo with utilities and internet included!
This condo is newly built (2022, we’re on the 2nd floor) and right on Gordon road with easy bus access to desirable south end shopping centres (Zehrs, Food basics, Shoppers, The Keg, GoodLife and multiple restaurants!) Everything you need is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute bus. This location also works great for students who can take the 99 bus directly outside the building straight to campus. Sorry no parking.
The shared living space has a full set of kitchen appliances, including full oven and dishwasher. Laundry also in unit! This condo also has a balcony as well as secured bike storage.
About the roomies
I am the only other person living in this 2 bedroom condo - so you’ll only have 1 roommate (and a cat!). I am a clean and quiet grad student who works/studys all day, spending much of my time on campus. I am a veterinarian pursing higher studies at OVC. I am an animal lover and have a senior cat that would love attention from you - she is very friendly and spends most of her time sleeping! Together we are looking for a roommate who is mature, clean and respectful. Students as well as working professionals are welcome to our home!
