About the room
I’m the only person currently living in a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (1,350 sq ft). I’m looking to rent out one private bedroom. The unit is bright, clean, and well maintained, with a large shared living area and full kitchen. The layout offers good separation between rooms, so it doesn’t feel crowded.
The building is quiet and well managed. Utilities (water, heating, electricity, internet) are included. The condo is in a convenient location with easy access to transit, groceries, and main roads.
About the roomies
I work in healthcare as a counsellor and also in digital marketing. I work Monday to Friday and live a relatively structured lifestyle. I value a calm, respectful, and clean home environment. I’m not a party person and prefer keeping the space peaceful.
I’m looking for someone responsible, financially stable, and considerate. Ideally, someone who keeps shared spaces clean and communicates openly.
