Beautiful, spacious, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath whole house in Fernwood Looking for two new roomies starting Feb 1 and March 1

We have one medium with closet

And one large room with a big closet and semi-private bathroom

Both have sunset facing west windows that look on to the moss covered rocky bluffs in the back yard. We have many regular deer that hand out and nap around the house, and usually fawns in the spring that run around.

The house has incredible natural light, warmth and character. Zen landscaping in the front, rock outcrop in the back, as well as a large sheltered back porch. We have two living rooms: a big, bright upstairs living room, and cozy lower living room We are just a block away from a cute café, local shops, and a community garden. Shared with three other wonderful humans (for total) and one kitty. We value communication, mutual support, collaboration, and having a space that is tidy, warm and welcoming. This is a progressive and open-minded community house is wellness-oriented, and we are looking for someone to be a part of our mature, mindful, and considerate, co-habitat community. The house is usually quite peaceful with pockets of socialization including dances, painting, crafting and hosting the occasional woman’s circle or community event.

My name is Libbie (she/her), 35, I have a background in health science, holistic health, and herbal medicine. In school for my Masters of Counselling and working part time. I love to have warm and supportive relationships with people I live with and will also carve out space for my introverted side. I enjoy spending time in nature, gardening, reading, crafting, doing yoga, and getting out in the water in my wetsuit and fins. Mama of Oliver the cat and the plant babies around the house.

Zahra (she/her), 28, is a warm and busy bee, is in school for Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and works part time out of the house.
