About the room
Amenities : Quiet street near St Laurent Boulevard, and all shops, restaurants and bars. Near Jeanne Mance and Mont Royal parks. All utilities, including unlimited high speed Internet. Use of living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and terrasse. All kitchen ware, including pots and pans, dishes and utensils. All cleaning products and tools.
We have a large, furnished 7½ apartment with 4 bedrooms, located on the ground floor, with 1 bedroom available March 1st. Large living-room, and kitchen with fridge and stove. Separate laundry room with washer/dryer. There’s even a terrace in back! Very bright, with hardwood floors and moldings. Lots of storage space, and large closet in each room.
We’re ideally looking for a student or someone on internship, professional on YWV or WHV – people who can be serious during the week and relax on the weekend, who enjoy cooking and discussing with the others, and doing things together from time to time. The room is also suitable for a couple for $75 extra per month.
There’s 1 very large room with large window and closet at $895, available March 1st, and the price include heat, hot water, electricity and the Internet. You have nothing else to pay!
Located in an ideal setting on quiet street, near everything, in the heart of the western part of the plateau, with easy access to bike paths. Jeanne Mance and Mount Royal parks are 2-3 blocks away. The neighborhood grocery store Segal’s is 3 blocks away, and a large Maxi supermarket nearby, at the corner of Mount Royal, and the pharmacy 2 blocks away. Santropol café at 2 blocks away. Park and Excentris cinemas, as well as the Café Campus, on Prince Arthur, are a 5-minute walk. St Laurent Blvd, with its shops, restaurants and clubs is 2 blocks away, while Mount Royal Avenue and St Denis Street are a 10-minute walk. The Quartier des Spectacles is 5 minutes away by bus.
The apartment is easily accessible from St Laurent, Place des Arts, Sherbrooke, and Mount Royal metro stations, and by buses 55, 80, 125, 129, 144, 29, 11, and 97.
About the roomies
So far, we are 2 French students. Grégoire is 22 and doing an exchange for 1 semester in International Law, and Matthieu is 24 and studying Electronic Engineering. There will eventually be 4 of us in the apartment.
