Hello! We are looking for a third roommate from March to the end of July or September in our beautiful large apartment in NDG. Huge yard, pets allowed, 2 bathrooms, lots of plants. The room is unfurnished but we could furnish it if needed. $700/month (hydro + wifi not included). Located at the corner of Sherbrooke and Madison, right next to the 105 bus (12 minutes from the Vendôme metro station and 8 minutes from the Loyola campus by bus) and right next to the Maisonneuve bike path, several grocery stores, a pharmacy, Benny Park/library, etc. ‐—————–– Bonjour! nous cherchons une troisième personne pour se joindre à notre colocation du début mars à la fin Juillet ou septembre dans notre beau grand appart à Notre Dame de Grâce (NDG). Une grande cours, animaux acceptés, 2 toilettes, plein de plantes. La chambre n’est pas meublée, mais pourrait l’être au besoin. 700$/mois (+ wifi et hydro QC non inclus).

Coin sherbooke et Madison à 2 pas de la 105 (12 mins du metro Vendôme et 5 mins du campus Loyola en bus) et juste à côté de la piste cyclable de Maisonneuve, de plusieurs épiceries, une pharmacie, et du parc Benny/ biblio, etc.

A little about us: we are a social couple in our late twenties who enjoy cooking, playing board games, and volleyball. Kiho is finishing his master’s degree in water management and Katia works in climate change in northern Quebec. We are looking for someone responsible and friendly to be our roommate!

Un peu sur nous, on est un couple social dans la fin vingtaine qui aimons cuisiner, jouer à des jeux de société et au volleyball. Kiho termine sa maitrise en gestion de l’eau et Katia travaille en changements climatiques dans le Nord du Québec. On cherche quelqu’un de responsable et convivial pour se joindre à notre collocation!
