Basic information: This is a 2-bedroom 1 bathroom apartment on Ballantrae Drive! There is a patio and an in unit washer and dryer. Theres tons of storage and you would be free to move in at any time starting March 1st! I am flexible so if you want to move in February I can make that happen :) Rent is $808 excluding utilities, and you would be taking over my lease for one of the bedrooms. (It expires July 31st, but feel free to renew it if you’d like to stay). A security deposit is required according to apartment rules, and you’d have to pass their background checks / other procedures.

Amenities: There’s a car park at the back of the apartment! The apartment itself is a 15-minute bus ride from the University of Manitoba. This location is very close to public transit, it’s a 5-minute walk to the Blue and the F8, and a 10-minute walk to other stops like the F9. This location is also a 5-minute walk from the Pembina Crossing Mall.

There you can access: o Save-On-Foods o CIBC ATM o Dollarama o Staples o ACCESS Fort Gary (a hospital) o And a ton of food places!

Furnishing details: Currently, the living room is furnished by the lovely woman living there right now. It’s open concept with the kitchen, and there’s a big freezer that she has offered to share. When she moves out, she might choose to move her furnishings out as well. The bedroom, however, is fully furnished with a bed and mattress for you to keep! (Unless you want to get your own in which case I can dispose of it for you).
