About the room
In search of a roommate for a 2 bedroom + den, 1 bathroom apartment close to Queen & Dufferin. Close to Little Portugal and Liberty Village. The apartment is on the second floor of the building – there are some trees outside the balcony with a partial view of a parkette. The room will be partially furnished with a double bed and nightstand. It could also fit a small desk. The room comes with a large closet and the front hall closet will also be yours. Please note it is an interior bedroom with a LARGE window (I will be installing a curtain rod inside the bedroom as well as hopefully some window film). You’ll have full access to the shared areas – kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom. It does have a fully closing door – it is not a den. I will be posting updated photos the first week of February and can start scheduling viewings then as well – I’m just posting early in case there’s any interest!
Move in date: March 1st or April 1st
Price: $1400 + approximately $50 for utilities (internet & hydro) + your tenant insurance

About the roomies
I’m a 30 year old student (online until August) and run an Etsy shop, primarily what the den will be for. I’m a pretty low key person – I enjoy crafting, puzzles, sports and a variety of TV shows. I’d ideally like to live with someone who I can at least be friendly with but I can be introverted so I am understanding of having our own personal space as well. I value cleanliness and taking responsibility of your own messes, as well as being respectful and taking care of the space.
