Covered front porch, massive back deck with seating and some yard space, 3-4 car driveway and street parking for purchase. Shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. House on the university campus. Lots of stray cats in the Neighbourhood and they will approach the house. Only 3 tenants total. Washer and dryer on site and not utility cost. Only costs are rent and wifi (street parking if you choose). Temp sits around 70-72 for the exception of a nice day it gets shut off and windows get opened. Currently one cat living in the house.

Quiet 5/10 Clean 7/10 Social 6/10 We cook maybe 30% of the time, enjoy to do outings/ hobbies together upon occasion. However quite picky on recycling, compost and leaving unnecessary lights on.
