Looking to fill the 3rd bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment. It’s located near Heron station (major busses and O train) so it’s close to Carleton and somewhat close to Algonquin. It is also close to billings bridge and about a 10 min walk to the bank and heron intersection. The unit mostly furnished with everything needed for the living room and kitchen, but feel free to bring/add any of your stuff. As for the room, you’ll need to bring your own bed/mattress/desk, etc….as the room is empty. There’s a washer and dryer on site in the basement. It’s a quiet neighbourhood with students and older people living in the area. The building is three stories with a basement unit, a mid-level unit, and an upper unit (which is ours).

I’m a 24 year old female and the other person is a 24 year old male. I’m a full time student at Algonquin and a part time student (finishing undergrad.) at CU. I also work. The other person works full time. We split wifi and hydro. We are in a relationship but have been friends for years and have lived with people before and it didn’t seem to be an issue, so that must be something you’re comfortable with. We are also both social people; we like music, friends coming over, hanging out in the living room, smoking, talking, etc but we like our own quiet time too. We expect it to be kept tidy for the most part but know that everyone has busy lives at times. We would like to live with someone who we vibe with and eventually could become a friend!
