STUDENTS ONLY: Looking for someone to do a lease takeover with me September 1, 2026. I am willing to also sublet if you wish to move in earlier from May 1, 2026. I absolutely love living here but may not be in Waterloo next year, as I graduate. Very spacious kitchen and entirely furnished, 5-10 min walk to Laurier, or the bus stop which is conveniently right outside this building, and you can bus to UW. Best part is every room in this place comes with its own bathroom, including the room I am offering. Building comes with home gym, study room, movie theatre, vending machines, security guards, parking garage available. Hydro is included in the rent, (50 dollar flat rate per month so you can use as much hot water as you want)

All of my roommates are moving out so it will be entirely randomized on who moves into the empty rooms. The management company will usually note down your preferences alongside your roommates to ensure you guys are compatible.
