Large, clean, and quiet room for rent in Martindale NE, located in a self-contained main and upper floor suite with a private front entrance. Living room and kitchen are on the main floor, with bedrooms and the washroom upstairs.

I occupy two rooms(bedroom + home office) and the third and largest bedroom is the only room being rented.

The room is very spacious, bright, and comes with a ceiling fan, large closet with top shelving, and a private lock and key for extra privacy. The room is unfurnished (chair and side table included).

Rent is $800/month, all utilities and Wi-Fi included, plus a $500 damage deposit.

Laundry (washer and dryer) is downstairs.

Kitchen includes your own cupboard space, pantry space, and separate fridge and freezer sections.

Bathroom has plenty of space, including shelving. Front entry has a shoe closet with rack.

The home is calm, clean, and well-kept.

You’d be sharing the place with just me(no other roommates). I’m easygoing, respectful, and keep the home clean and organized. I work from home, so I’m looking for someone who is clean, quiet, and chill, and who values a peaceful living space.

I mostly keep to myself, watch YouTube, play video games, and just enjoy a relaxed home environment. I’m easy to talk to and looking for the right fit, not just anyone.

Driving is preferred, as I drive myself and it keeps things simple.
