ROOM: The room for rent is unfurnished, medium-large, (9.3 feet by 12 feet) with a narrow but deep closet, and the skylight in the room provides lots of natural light but there is no other window.

RENTAL TERMS: Rent controlled unit, rent goes up by $20-25 each in September.
