I’m looking to team up with someone to rent this apartment together. This wouldn’t be “my place where you rent a room,” but our home. Ideally, I’m looking for more than just a roommate — someone I can actually get along with and hopefully become friends with.
Because of that, I’m not just looking for any person. I’m looking for someone open-minded, relaxed, mindful, respectful and with communication skills. Clean and organized is a must (non-negotiable, sorry not sorry).
I’m pretty chill about visits, small gatherings, and normal noise between 8–11 pm. I eat pretty much everything (yes, including pork). Well-behaved dogs are very welcome 🐶.
The bedrooms are unfurnished, but I do have some furniture. If you do too, we can combine things — or buy new pieces together — and actually create a nice, cozy place to live.
Place is located between Niagara and Bathurst. I already scheduled a visit on January 22 (this thursday) 6:30 pm so hopefully I find you before then.
I’m in my mid-30s, open-minded, and professional. I work Monday to Friday, 9–5, so my routine is pretty stable.
I’m social but also introverted — I really value my alone time, but I also enjoy hangouts with friends over coffee, a beer, or a glass of wine. I’m definitely more “chill vibes at home” than wild party energy.
I love dogs 🐶, work out regularly, and try to eat healthy… but also enjoy snacks and comfort food every now and then. I’m organized, clean, and mindful of shared spaces.
Overall, I’m easygoing, respectful, and looking to live in a place that actually feels calm, cozy, and drama-free.
