A gorgeous private room in a shared apartment available in a great location just minutes drive from the university and right by whyte ave. With only a few minute walk to the nearest bust stop, this location is perfect for students, with easy access to the ameneties that whyte ave offers - cafes, bars, shops and restraunts. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and includes a dedicated parking spot with a plug in for the colder days, bonus, there is a switch inside to control it too! There is also a balcony that overlooks onto the streets which is gorgeous during the summer, its a huge win for bird lovers! This apartment is on the top floor of the building which only houses nine other units which are occupied by young professionals and students. Looking for a respectful, responsible roommate to take over the remainder of my lease as I have gotten a job in a different city! The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared, water and heat are included - electric is not. First months rent and security deposit ($730 deposit) due on signing.
About the roomies
Your roomate is a lovely young female student currently finishing up their bachelor’s degree. They’re responsible, organized, and keep a clean, respectful living space. Shes fairly busy with school and extracarricular school-related work, so the apartment is generally calm and quiet during the week.
