About the room
Hello marvellous humans,
We are looking two wonderful person to join our community living in Arbutus Ridge!
Available February 1st, march 1st $900 Basement room $1200 Ground room Rent includes: utilities, rental insurance and wifi.
The bedroom: A spacious above ground bedroom with a large south facing window. It’s big enough for a king size bed and a small desk, and we can mix and match the furniture from the basement room if needed. It is near the front door and kitchen so there is some bustle.
The house: Since this is communal living, we share the bills for house supplies and food. Socializing is important to us, so friends are more than welcome to drop by. However, we are also working people and it’s integral that our house can be relaxing and recharging. There is a garden, greenhouse, and patio in the backyard. Laundry in the basement We are plant based, so no cooking meat in the house. No smoking inside. No Pets.
Location: It’s on King Edward and Arbutus, so Kits Beach and the endowment lands are a 15 minute bike ride away, and it’s a 10 minute walk to the grocery store. The 25 Bus (down King Edward) is only a stone’s throw away, and there’s ample parking on the street out front.

About the roomies
Emily -German English- She can find something interesting about anyone, she loves hunting mushrooms and sauna. She is very good at communicating, cooking and keeping tidy.
Jhad -Canadian Lebanese- Super clean and organized carpenter. He loves hosting, dancing and creating cool spaces. Does not beat around the bush and loves to plan activities.
Tyler -Canadian- Always creating something, likes to be outside, big dancer and prides himself on enjoying other peoples joy! He is a decent communicator and cleans every week.
