Seeking awesome roomate for 1 bedroom in a Beautiful top floor, 3 bedroom, corner unit with wrap around deck in the blueprint building. This suite does look over the highway but has a beautiful views. Gorgeous white granite counter tops with island seating. In suite laundry and dishwasher. The master suite and corner rooms are taken by my roommate and i and there is one left. About 8 min from eagle creek, quality foods, liqour store, tim hortons, taco time, starbucks and more. Also just a 5 min walk to 14 and 95 busses. Rent is $1075 plus $40 for insurance and internet and we split hydro every two months at about $30 each.

We are looking for a reliable, clean and down to earth drama free person. Female or male. Just be able to pay your bills and clean up your mess and dont be an asshole lol. The picture of the room is from the blueprints rental site so its staged. As there is still someone in it.
