Ocean side property! Imagine waking up, going on the deck and enjoying your morning coffee or tea. Just taking in the scenery, feeling the gentle ocean breeze and wonder salt air.

Main level bedroom, fully separate from the main area of the house. Washer, Dryer, huge kitchen with a wonderful farm sink.

Was not able to get satellite internet, so internet needs to be from your cell phone.

Just myself, the home-owner and his 3 dogs. Property is kept clean and dog poop free, so if you have a dog it is expected to clean up after your dog. As do this personally with my 3 dogs.

Personally do not listen to mainstream tv or radio, rather listen to classical music filling the house with lovely soothing music to soothe and nourish.
