Hi! I am subletting my room in this lovely apartment for the summer, while I am away working in Alberta. It will be available from April until at least September, and possibly indefinitely, depending on my situation in the fall. This room will be fully furnished, coming with a double bed, an armoire, and a desk and chair (pictured). The kitchen is spacious, we have 10ft ceilings, in-unit laundry, and a balcony. The location is top notch, being a 3 minute walk from Beaudry metro.

Bonjour ! Je sous-loue ma chambre dans ce charmant appartement pour l’été, pendant que je travaille en Alberta. Elle sera disponible d’avril à septembre au moins, et peut-être même plus longtemps, selon ma situation à l’automne. La chambre sera meublée avec un lit double, une armoire, un bureau et une chaise (voir la photo). La cuisine est spacieuse, les plafonds font 3 mètres de haut, il y a une machine à laver et un sèche-linge, et un balcon est à disposition. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement 3 minutes à pied du métro Beaudry.

My two roommates are girls, one a student and one working full time. They are both kind and considerate, and good friends of mine.

Mes deux colocataires sont des filles, l’une est étudiante et l’autre travaille à temps plein. Elles sont toutes les deux gentilles et attentionnées, et de bonnes amies.
