I am looking to share a main floor of a house in Burlington, Brant Hills area with one suitable person, (No couples please). It’s a large unfurnished master bedroom and shared use of the main floor. $1150 per month inclusive. The bedroom has French doors leading out to a beautiful backyard that backs onto a large park. It’s a main floor of a house but designed very uniquely. The shared bathroom with myself only has a large deep luxury bathtub with a separate walk-in shower. There is a brand new wood stove in the living room and a sunken fire pit in the yard surrounded by lush gardens. There is a large shed for some storage also. Looking for a mature professional tenant who is employed, clean and reliable to share. First and last month rent required and references. Available March 1st.

I would be looking for an employed person who is quiet, clean and respectful as I am the same. The room I am renting out is the larger of the rooms. I am open to a small dog if you have one. Looking for a move in date of March 1st but I could be flexible if necessary.
