Its a private room in the basement Monthly rent is $750 per room/person (inclusive of all - Water, Electricity, Internet, Heat). Outside parking available First and last month’s rent required The room has an existing bed with mattress & mattress cover, and a closet/almirah for storage, a table & chair for use. A shared living room, kitchen & bathroom with some furniture is available for use such as the couch, dining table with chairs, center table, and end tables. The person is also responsible for cleaning & maintaining along with other people living in other rooms. Laundry can only be done over the weekends. And after 7pm in weekdays.

It’s are 3 bedroom basement already 2 people are living in each. One room is vacant from Feb 1st onwards. If you need earlier can also provide.
