I’m looking for a roommate to fill a bedroom available in the house I currently rent. My current roommate is moving out at the end of February. Move-in date is March 1st. Myself and the new roommate(s) would be signing a new 1 year (minimum) lease with the landlord. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms so each bedroom has their own private bathroom. Your bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor of the house and are not furnished. Our unit is the main & 2nd floor of the house with a separate entrance from the downstairs unit. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher and we have private laundry in our unit. We do not have access to the backyard but there is a partially fenced front yard. The house is pet friendly, however, I have 2 cats and 1 medium size dog. I’m not sure if my cats would accept another cat in the house and my dog is friendly with all animals. 1 more dog would be okay as long as they are good with cats and other dogs. Located in SW Coquitlam, the house is a 15 minute walk to Lougheed Skytrain & mall. There is a 152 bus stop a 1 minute walk away. There is 1 parking spot in the driveway for our unit and lots of street parking out front. Currently, the rent for the house is $3200. All utilities are included except internet. Monthly rent and the damage deposit will be divided equally between tenants, so your rent will be about $1060 plus 1/3 of the internet bill. Please send me a message if you have any questions!

I’m a quiet LGBT guy who mostly keeps to himself when I’m not at work or walking my dog. My other roommate is a student who is also pretty quiet. Our ideal roommate is someone who is also on the quieter side and is clean, kind and respectful.
