It’s a lovely apartment with wonderful people living there. Public transport is easily accessible. It’s a 15minute bus ride to WLU and 10 minutes to UW. Very close to Waterloo Public Library. Room has a closet as well as two other closets outside the room. The washroom will be shared and the kitchen too with one other person. Huge kitchen space with lots of cupboards and a huge hall area as well as a balcony that looks to the driveway

I am a female student at WLU. I’m very friendly and not too loud but I’m very neat and like things to be done in an orderly manner. I am looking to share the place with someone who is also very neat, open minded, orderly and respectful.
