Hey, A female roommate is needed. So this is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. I already live there with someone which she would be moving out at the end of the lease by June, so I need someone to replace her.

It’s an apartment, all utilities are included in the rent except wifi, the building has a gym, 2 lounge, a patio, security guards at nights, and car wash.

You own a private room and a private a bathroom, we get to share the living room, kitchen and laundry room. Living room is already furnished, just need to furnish your bedroom.
