A bright and spacious second bedroom is available in my apartment starting February 1st, 2026. The unit is just a 3-minute walk to SFU and equally close to groceries and restaurants. The apartment features in-unit laundry, garage parking, central AC and heating, and welcomes both cats and dogs. The building is strictly non-smoking, and the view from the unit is absolutely stunning.

I’m looking for a very tidy, clean, and organized roommate to share this space. I do play the piano, always during reasonable hours, so you’ll need to be comfortable with that. If you’re someone who appreciates a peaceful, well-kept home in an unbeatable location, this could be a great fit :)

Hey, I go to SFU, and I’m studying Neuroscience (4th year). I love cooking, football/soccer, volleyball, skiing, playing instruments, and reading about neuroscience/medicine/Gabriel Garcia Marquez. Shows like The Office, Breaking Bad, and Mr. Robot are really good. I like to think I’m understanding and caring, so if there is anything I can help you with when we’re roommates, I’m there (of course, hahaha…) I love learning; I’m very open to getting to know you (I love people). I have type 1 diabetes, but that doesn’t prevent me from enjoying anything.
