I’m a full time mom of a 7 year old boy and would welcome a single parent as well, particularly a child of similar age. My son is friendly, respectful, intelligent and outgoing, has a joyful spirit and music in his soul, very active even when watching TV lol. I use cannabis so my roommate would need to be 420 friendly. Preferably on the “quieter” side, friendly but comfortable keeping to themselves. Steady income, will cook and clean up after themselves. We have 1 male cat neutered and would welcome another, must be spayed or neutered and vaccines up to date, provided they meet and get along.
