Furnished upstairs bedroom with a big window, in a newly built home in Thorold South. Seeking a student to rent a room in a family home. Queen sized bed can be rotated so there is space for a desk (we have a nice desk available to use for free). We also have a single bed instead of having the queen sized bed in the room, if that is your preference

• 10 minute drive to Brock
• 10 minute drive to Niagara College, Niagara-on-the-Lake Campus
• 16 minute drive to Niagara College, Welland Campus
• Lots of street parking
• Field/park directly across the street from the house (play sports?)
• On bus route
• Shared bathrooms and kitchen
• Treadmill for use in home

We are a family, including mother, father and 2 university aged (1 girl, 1 boy - both quiet and respectful) teenagers who are rarely home. We both work, and 2 languages are spoken at home as we are a multicultural family! (Languages are English and Urdu/Hindi). We have an extra bedroom in our fairly large home. We would welcome a student of any ethnic/cultural background.
