Exterior maintenance, including snow removal and landscaping, is managed by the condominium. Rent includes heat, electricity, water, and internet, based on reasonable residential usage. Excessive or atypical use (including, but not limited to, space heaters, A/C units, server hosting, crypto-mining, or commercial activity) may result in additional cost-sharing upon written notice.
