Hi, I am subletting the second room in the apartment. I’m a recent UofT graduate now working full-time in the financial district. I am in the office at least three days a week. I’m respectful, friendly, and easygoing. I keep the apartment clean and organized and am fairly quiet, but I’d also love to be friends with my roommate.
