You’ll have your own private bedroom and share a modern kitchen and bathroom. The suite has its own private entrance, so you don’t have to walk through the main floor, and the laundry is in-suite as well.

Kenilworth is a quiet, safe neighborhood. We’re super close to Bonnie Doon Mall and Whyte Ave, with easy access to transit and the downtown core.

I’m an arborist working a 7–4, Monday to Friday schedule. When I’m not working, I’m usually pretty active—I love rock climbing, skiing, and riding bikes. I’m easygoing and value a clean, respectful living environment. The main floor is occupied by Ryan, an electrician, and his three furry companions (two cats and one dog). Because we both work in trades and have early mornings, the house stays pretty quiet during the week. We’re looking for someone who is responsible, chill, and doesn’t mind a friendly dog in the shared yard!
