Hi! We’re looking for a clean, quiet, and compatible female roommate for a house near downtown London, Ontario. Preference is for a working professional in their mid-20s who values a calm, respectful living environment.

This is a house with individual bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the top floor. There is a washer and dryer located in the upstairs bathroom - easy access. The bedrooms are close together and the walls are thin, so this setup is best suited for someone who is naturally considerate and mindful of shared living.

The home is kept clean and tidy, and we’re looking for someone who treats shared spaces with care. We respect each other by sharing chores, cleaning up after ourselves, and observing quiet hours. This is a calm, cooperative home rather than a party environment.

Please note: • Females only • No overnight guests • No pets (allergies) • Preference for working professionals in their mid 20s searching for a long term stay.

Rent & availability: • $870/month, all utilities included (including Wi-Fi) • Room available February onwards

The house is minutes from downtown London + Wortley Village and about a 20-minute walk to Citi Plaza. Bus stops are directly in front of the house, making commuting easy, and there is a convenience store directly across the street. We’re right beside the river, and the spacious backyard has a beautiful view.

The landlords live down the street and are communicative and responsive if anything comes up! There is also room for parking, which can be discussed directly with the landlords.
