We have a sun filled room available in this beautiful family home (bungelow). You would share the bathroom shown with 2 others and there is a second bathroom in the basement for those tenants as well as laundry which you are welcome to use. Kitchen is shared by all so we expect cleanliness and respectful sharing. There is a living room to share also. No pets or children and no overnight guests. Hydro and wifi is included.

The room is in a shared home with professional adults. Everyone works outside the house and is respectful and clean is shared spaces.
