This unit is a lower level in a Duplex. 2 Bedrooms, with 2 parking spots, in unit laundry and access to a large back yard! The total rent is $2000/month plus hydro and water. I am only charging $900 + 50% of utilities (~$35) and 50% of interest ($35). This includes parking and shared access of all of the common spaces!

I will be moving in here with my rescue dog! Any potential roommate MUST be okay with dogs (preferably likes dogs/has experience with dogs). He is a rescue and I’ve had him 1 year. He can be vocal sometimes when new people enter the house but warms up once he knows you :) I currently work in Guelph 4 days a week, and 1 day out of Town where he will be in day-care on those days. There will be some considerations about who you bring into the house, just so I know he is safe. He is crate and potty trained! Hope to set up some time for you to come over and meet him to see if its a good match. I typically go to bed early on week nights and am home a lot. I don’t typically host a lot of people over.
