Hi! Im currently planning on moving out of my rental room (it’s a 2 room basement suite so you’ll have a roommate). The rent is cad$850 (but it may increase up-to $950 in July), cats are allowed but there is a $25 pet fee.This includes utilities and wifi, and there is a hot tub, fire pit, and a grill that are allowed to be used as well! The place itself is vape-friendly, and the garage is 420 friendly

My roommate (your potential roommate) is a nanny, and so she works from 7am-5pm on weekdays. She is a very clean and organized roommate. She is a kind and generous person. It is a basement suite, the upstairs neighbours is the son of the landlord and his partner. They are very kind and understanding.
