Location, location, location. And location. Plus - the house is fantastic, renter gets two rooms on the top floor of the house (a 3rd is negotiable), plus their own washroom. Full use of main floor (I teach music M-Th 4-8pm in the front room), full use of backyard, there is space in the garage for a 2nd car. Washer and dryer in basement, with a home gym
