I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a 4-person shared apartment, located near Denison Sq (great location). Each person has their own bathroom.

💰 Rent: $922.5/month, all utilities included (electricity, heating, water). Internet is not included — I’ll be cancelling my plan when I leave, but another roommate will set one up, so it should be around +$30/month.

🛏️ Furniture: I’m only looking for someone who will take over the furniture. The furniture shown in the last two photos is what’s included, and the room itself is shown in the previous photos. Price for all furniture: $400 negotiable (bed + mattress, desk, chair, wardrobe, clothing rack, and misc items).

📅 Move-in: I’m leaving on March 1st, but it’s possible to move in earlier if needed.

The apartment has a great, friendly vibe. The other roommates are great and everyone gets along really well.
