12X15 Unfurnished bedroom in 900sqft private walkout basement. Shared living space will be partially furnished upon roommate moving out. All in-unit appliances including full kitchen, washer and dryer, less than 3 years old and in fantastic condition. Your share of the rent by itself is 800, with utilities split evenly between us they average around 70 dollars each a month, for water and power. Internet is separate under my name, and splitting that is $35 each. Additionally there is a seperate $30 fee for a single cat.

Parking stall available, and back patio shared with upstairs neighbors. Both upstairs and next door neighbors are extremely friendly, and peaceful. 0 issues in the 3 years I’ve lived here.

Bus stop direct to Westbrook C Train and Bus station located right across the street, provides easy access to downtown, SAIT, MRU and Chinook. As well as close proximity to major amenities including Safeways, Walmart and doctors, dentists and optometrist offices. Tsuut’ina Costco roughly 20 minutes to the south, as well.

I am a 29 year old cabinetmaker, I have autism and am an avid fan of racing and hockey. I work long days, gone for up to 12 hours, I am quiet and clean, and prefer to spend my time at home in my room with my hobbies, so privacy will not be an issue for either of us. At the end of the day I want to present a safe and comfortable home, and am looking for a likeminded roommate.

I like to draw, and while I don’t party, I do occasionally have friends over. If I’m not home or at work I am most likely at a rock concert or a Flames game.

The suite is shared by my 9 year old cat Ripley, she is very sweet and personable, and loves to cuddle. She gets along with other cats after adjustment periods, and was best friends with my previous roommate’s cat.

I am looking for a roommate who is easy to get a long with, preferably full time employed or a student.
