Hi everyone! We are currently looking for one new roommate in our lovely and tranquil Plateau apartment. As you can notice in the pictures, the room available is quite spacious: it easily fits a queen/king bed, a desk and office chair, and even has a built-in closet in the wall. The window faces the back garden (private to us) and offers a bright atmosphere especially in the morning. You will be sharing the common areas such as the living room, kitchen (which includes a laundry machine), garden and bathroom with two young professionals. Therefore, we’ll be 3 in total, including yourself. As for the expenses, the room is currently 570$ + internet share + HydroQuebec share; for a total of around 615-695$ / month depending on the season.
