Hello On behalf of the landlord and property manager, we are renting out a private room in the basement of the said address for $600 + Damage deposit (required) and same as the rent. You can pay the deposit first and pay the rent a week or two after, but that is just for the first month only. Afterthat, rent must be paid on the 1st or last day of every month. Don’t worry, utilities are included, the room has wardrobe but you’ll have to bring your own mattress. The room is for 1 person only because its small, no couples allowed or animals allowed in the house, as the other tenants maybe allergic.
I’m also a tenant in the said property, also in the basement. There is also another roommate renting one of the bigger rooms but you won’t see him often because he’s always inside his room or out and about, so you won’t have to worry about him. There are 2 vacant rooms, with a total of 4 bedrooms in the basement. The other vacant room is going for $620 + $620 DD and utilities included, but that room is furnished with a mattress and a study table.
