We are currently searching for a long term roommate starting April 1st, for the master bedroom of a 3 bedroom house. There may also be possibility to move in March 15th. We have a cozy spot on a quiet street, spacious living area with hardwood floors and nice windows, lots of backyard space, plenty of street parking and one private spot, great location for public transit and commuting and great accessibility to main roads and highways. The house is in walking distance to Cedar hill golf course and Mt Tolmie. The university is 15 minute walking distance as well.

The bedroom is very spacious, South facing window, lots of storage in the closet and a dresser and bookshelf if desired. The rent is 1050 + 1/3 utilities + internet. We ask that the new roommate sign a 6 month sub-lease.

We are very warm, kind and considerate roommates. We love to keep the common areas clean and uncluttered for each other. The ask is for a roommate who wants to maintain a level of cleanliness and mutual consideration for each other.

Our interests are, hiking, food, cooking, talking about delicious food, talking about our beautiful cat Leo, dancing, singing and playing musical instruments.
