We’re looking for a new roommate to join our place. Preferably a girl. Rent is five hundred thirty six a month and utilities usually range from sixty to a hundred, closer to a hundred during the winter. The room is unfurnished, on the second floor, and you’d be the fifth person in the house. No parties, but you’re welcome to have friends over as long as you give a heads up beforehand. Smoking is allowed on the balcony but not inside. We have two cats already, so we can’t accept any more pets. We also split shared costs like cleaning supplies and toiletries. We’re all pretty chill and like to hang out sometimes, but there’s absolutely no pressure to socialize if you’re more to yourself. Our ages range from twenty to twenty-five, three girls and one guy. We all have a kind and friendly dynamic, we encourage open communication and working together!
