Welcome to our townhouse!! This is a very huge four bedroom four bathroom townhouse - which is great really because it means everybody gets their own bathroom!!

the room is furnished with frame and mattress, a desk and a chair. But due to hygiene concerns and our previous experiences we no longer provide sheets and pillows. This is something that you must be willing to bring yourself.

The house is walkable distance to shoppers Drug Mart, Real Canadian Superstore, LCBO and TD Bank.

The rent does include utilities - gas, water electricity and internet.

We are working professionals who most of the time meal prep. So kitchen and common areas are very free and quiet. We take turns cleaning and doing the chores because we do like to maintain a clean house.

Unfortunately we cannot rent it to couples or sharing because we don’t really have kitchen cabinet space and past experiences were not that great (Sorry!)
