Hi! I’m planning to rent out a room in my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo starting late April / early May. I’m ideally looking for a female student or female professional roommate who is clean, organized, respectful, and reliable.

Rent: $950/month — includes internet and all utilities You’ll have the primary bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.

The condo is located near Snow Valley with easy access to transit, and the building includes a gym and pool. I do have friendly cats, so being comfortable around pets is important.

Lifestyle & House Rules: • Cannabis-friendly (not inside the unit) • No cigarette smoking • No heavy drug use • No dogs (cats already in the home) • Looking for someone clean, quiet, and considerate

I’m a 22-year-old female (turning 23 in April) and currently attending MacEwan University, studying Political Science and Psychology. I’m very athletic — I play professional rugby — and I also bartend occasionally at The Cabin downtown.

In my downtime, I enjoy painting and other creative projects, so the space is a mix of calm, active, and creative energy. I tend to keep to myself day-to-day, but I do host the occasional girls’ night, and you’re always welcome to join if you’d like.

I’m very open to going over shared ground rules once moved in to make sure the space feels comfortable, respectful, and safe for everyone. The bedroom would be unfurnished, while the rest of the condo is fully furnished and shared.
