Two full bathrooms so only two people share one bathroom plus a common powder room on main floor. Laundry on-site. We are social and studious, and keep the house well kept and clean. The common areas are furnished (sofas, tables, chairs) and kitchen is well equipped (dishes, pots/pans, small appliances). All you need is furniture for your room. $1072.05/mth + Utilities ($75/mth ). Use of private back deck/yard. Lawn care and snow removal included in the rent.
