Looking for a sublet from May 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026. Rent is $900 per month, with all utilities and Wi-Fi included. The house has 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and in-unit laundry, and is located in a prime area close to Dal campus, as well as great shops and cafés. We are looking for someone in the 20–23 age range, either female or male.

You would be living with six other students/recent graduates (a mix of girls and guys) who are all in their final year or have just graduated. Everyone is very friendly, welcoming, and easy to get along with.
