About the room
My condo is located close to the skytrain station ( walking distance 10-15 min or there is a local mini bus) is on the boardwalk along the Fraser river, a walking distance to the market, restaurants and all shopping. It is between the river and the train tracks so one has to be able to tolerate the occasional sound of a train. This is a sapcious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, den, livingroom and kitchen in a condo building. The bedroom for rent comes with a den and a private bathroom. The kitchen and the living room are shared.
About the roomies
Looking to share with a mature, responsible female who either has a guaranteed position in a solid career or is in school for an undergraduate or graduate degree. I only live here on part time basis as my primary residence is elsewhere. This means that in effect my roommate will have the condo to herself more than 50% of the time. Minimum 6 months or longer.
