Hey everyone! There’s a room available May 1st in my apartment, on a yearly lease. Hydro and wifi are not included. The room can come with a double bed and desk. The rest of the unit is completely furnished. No pets due to allergies. The building is located in Byward/Lowertown, with a code to enter. The unit is located on the first, not ground level so there’s one set of stairs (no elevator). There’s 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with plenty of storage. Laundry is in the basement, with 2 washers and 2 dryers. They’re coin-operated, $3 per cycle. The building has a few parking spots, though I’d recommend street parking in the summer, and checking the nearby apartments for the best price in winter. We’re right on the 56 bus line (OC) as well as the STO lines 31, 33, 35 and 87. We’re also about a 4 min walk from OC lines 6 and 20. Uottawa campus is around a 20 min walk.

One roommate is a 23 year old UOttawa student finishing her undergrad in biology. The other is a 23 year old history student at Carleton. They’re very clean and friendly and always down to hang out when they’re not too busy with school/work.
