Hi! I’m renting out the second bedroom in my 2-bdrm apartment. It’s a safe and quiet building within walking distance of downtown and the U of W. Apartment is nothing fancy, just your basic cheap suite with hardwood floors and steam radiator heat in an ugly but historic 1930’s building. Room is roughly 10x12 plus a closet. Bed shown is queen size. Room will be unfurnished, but current roomie may be willing to sell her stuff if you’re looking for a furnished room.

Monthly fee covers everything: rent, all utilities (heat, water, hydro), internet, and a Netflix password if you want it. Street parking is available for a low annual fee from the city ($50 when I last looked). In-building washer/dryer is coin-op and cheap at $1 a load.

Open to all ages, genders, orientations, etc. I’m a quiet person who appreciates alone time and is gone most weekends. We’ll get along well if you like chatting now and then but don’t expect to be BFFs and hang out all the time. I’m allergic to cats but I have 3 of the fuzzy little jerks. They’re amazing and I adore them.
